About: Royal Sussex County Hospital

My husband is 86 - got up feeling unwell - felt he needed medical attention . 7.30a.m.,'phoned111. Paramedics here within 5 minutes. Courteous, professional, calm re assuring paramedic. didn't find anything to be alarmed about but in view of my Husband's age, thought a more detailed examination should be done at A & E.

Without going into all the details we were amazed, re-assured and extremely grateful for all the attention from the professionals. Everything was explained and we were dealt with courteously and thoroughly quizzed as to facilities at home- stairs, loos etc.

We have nothing but praise for the attention and kindness shown.
