I came back from holiday with a chronic outbreak of eczema. Within half an hour of landing I phoned the dermatology clinic, heathfield suite, Ayr hospital. The nurse I spoke to was very sympathetic and told me to immediately come to the hospital.
I felt so ill and the staff immediately took care of me and gave me reassurance that my skin would respond to treatment. They applied creams and bandaged me up and gave me a supply of medication to take home with me.
I returned almost everyday and I was treated so well and given really good advice. They were always cheery and brought a smile to my face.
After many weeks my skin is almost perfect and I can't thank them enough for their care, professionalism and kindness.
