(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

At all times the group was focused on improving balance but the staff achieved a relaxed and happy atmosphere to which my group responded. We all enjoyed our sessions and when it finished (although perhaps aching in extra places) everyone looked more relaxed and happier than when we assembled.
