Think it's an absolute disgrace that the management team at this hospital only acknowledge positive reviews and not the negative ones!
It just about sums up the place.
Cardiology again have been disgraceful again. Inability to answer the phone/return three voicemails.
Been a patient here for 19 years. Can't fault my Drs but everyone else is a disgrace. Can't be bothered.
Please don't bother coming to this hospital unless
A) you want to be discharged by the cardiac nurses with blood poisoning-and told you have a bruise/you "slept funny"! Despite me having sent pictures of the state of my chest! Thank god for my local a and e.
b) you don't want your calls returned by either the cardiology dept (when you are very unwell and are desperate for help or advice) or the management team who only acknowledge the good reviews.
"Terrible Management! nearly as horrendous as..."
