"Laparoscopy and ablation"

I had a planned Laparoscopy and ablation summer 2015. The staff were amazing. They explained everything clearly before hand and put me at ease; for me their humour helped greatly.

I was also visited prior to the operation by the consultant who checked I understood the surgery. The staff in recovery from what I can remember were fantastic too.

My one suggestion for improvement would be for the surgeon to explain results when my partner was present at time of discharge as I can only remember snippets of the details of my surgery as I was informed of outcome in recovery.

Overall though this was my first visit to Lister and I was very impressed although obviously not in a hurry to revisit.
