I have recently undergone two hip replacements at BAGH, March 3rd 2015 and October 13 th 2015. I would like to thank the consultant and their Surgical team, Nursing/ Health Care staff, Domestic staff, Physiotherapists, indeed everyone who helped me towards the fantastic recovery I have made. My treatment from entering the ward, pre op and post op until discharge on both occasions was faultless. You guys are fantastic...everything was explained to me at every stage making the journey so much easier. I was nervous immediately before surgery each time but the anaesthetist had a great sense of humour and put me at ease. I applaud you all for your expertise, whatever your role in the process. Your dedication, hard work and people skills are second to none.
