"Patient Relations Team"

(as a carer),

I have had cause to contact the patient Relations Team on several occasions, I have found the staff I have come into contact with uncooperative and rude. They promise to phone you back within hours of your initial call, or the next day, and rarely does this happen. I have waited well over a week on most instances to be called back.
