whilst waiting for departure I was left sitting in an HDU bed for almost 9 and half hours later that year i was refused soon ascritical surgery due to lack of beds in HDU get people moved as possible and free up beds

Dear Anonymous,

We are working hard to improve the flow of patients through the hospital by appointing non-clinical co-ordinators of services at ward level so that nursing and medical staff can spend more time at the bedside, by increasing our critical care capacity so that we can meet the greater level of need and we are constantly measuring the length of stay of our patients to ensure these changes are having an impact.
