"Ward 31-32,A and E"

I've had 3 5 day stays on these wards they were very clean staff very professional but friendly at the same time made you feel safe and comfortable. I suffer from anxiety really bad but the staff ensured I knew every thing that was going on to make me feel relaxed. The wards are very busy but you never feel your being ignored the staff really do go the extra mile for you and your family. Your included in every decision and aspect of your care. There's two great people there who are amazing. The food was really nice. You always have fresh water by your bed and regular tea and coffee. They always checking your cannulars and cleaning the toilets and the room also change your bedding everyday people don't even do that at home. One member of staff came to see me and another patient who had the same problem who wasn't to sure as what the problem looked like or what goes on inside so the member of staff took the time even tho they were very busy to sit and draw diagrams and explain in total detail what things look like and what was going on inside. This made me and the other patient understand fully and put us at ease not many drs would do that for you. I was in A and E to start with it was very clean and we were seen to very quickly dispite it being very very busy. And the staff were lovely.
