What I liked
A member of my family was admitted to St James Cook hospital. I forgot which ward. Anyway he was there to have a brain tumour removed and treatment. and i came to see him and he said that the nurses, the doctors had treated him properly and with care.
What could be improved
I would say nothing needs to be improved.
Anything else?
I would like to thank them for all of the work they did to help him. So would the rest of the family.
