"some staff are very rude and lazy"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital

Ive been visiting the scanning department every two weeks for a couple of months now and it says on your appointment letter to allow one hour for your appointment.but on every visit I've been left waiting between two and three hours.when I've finally seen a doctor on two occasions they have been very rude, and when I've asked a question they've spoke to me like a child or like I'm stupid.I feel I've been let down by this department and I'm not looking forward to my labour as a result of this,I'm dreading how the staff will treat me and my husband, especially because ill be in pain and very vulnerable.My last labour was an emergency c-section and very scary so I'm hoping that I'm lucky and get friendly staff.
