Due to Urinary Tract problems I had to have a catheter fitted in the A&E Dept. earlier this year. Since then I have had to visit the Dept. on several occasions due to on going problems; the latest visit being yesterday (22nd Oct.2015) when the catheter became blocked.
On each occasion I was seen promptly and efficiently. All the staff that tended to me worked quickly and efficiently. I was kept informed of what was happening and felt assured at each stage of my treatment. All staff were cheerful and made me feel at ease throughout my numerous visits.
