"Every time i visit the hospital ..."

What I liked

Every time i visit the hospital i get a very warm and caring welcome, even though the staff do not know you they feel like friends. I am often in A&E and i am seen to fairly quickly. The staff always seem to go out of thier way to help you and try and make you as comfortable as possible.

What could be improved

There is only one thing that sticks in my mind that has ever made me uncomfortable, i was in for a spinal and shoulder X-Ray and the gown i was given was broken and wouldn't fasten up, however the staff were very helpful and tried to keep the gown tied the best they could and carried the X-Ray out as quickly as possible.

Anything else?

I would just like to say thank you to all of the departments, X-ray, A&E, Physiotheripy, whom i have visited quite regulaly over the years for thier exeptional service and friendly attitude.They make the experience that little bit better.=)
