"home treatment was good"

About: Ailsa Hospital

(as the patient),

I had a period of depression and anxiety and the staff nurse came to the house for consolation and treatment. I found having the discussions in my own home made it less of an ordeal. I was treated so well and have made a full recovery

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear Brave375,

I am so pleased you have made a full recovery and that you found the treatment so good. At times like this, understanding and support is just what we need. Being at home must have helped enormously too. I am not sure if your nurse was a community nurse or a CPN but I will pass this to both teams so they know how helpful this was to you. Thank you for taking the time to let us know about this so I can share it with others. Here’s to continued good health,

Eunice
