I felt that mindfulness gave me balance and calm in my day to day life. Allowed me to find me again and learn that being alone is not that bad. It gave me the inner strength to take on new challenges alone and accept my freedom and stay focused and understand happiness
I use to be a roller coaster of emotions one day up and another day down. Mindfulness fund me my centre and feel I gained a great deal from the course. If I could join another mindfulness curse I would like to carry on. I have recommended mindfulness to my family and friends
