(as the patient),

Staff were very knowledgeable and directed sessions well. Teaching was effective and stuck with me after sessions were over. I felt like it was relevant and my experiences week to week reflected what I had learned. I did not fell pressured to speak but found that some other patients could dominate discussions from time to time.

I would recommend the sessions to others and would be interested in follow up sessions. One complaint – being next to a kickboxing class wasn’t conductive to peace.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this detailed feedback. We are hoping to start running follow up and refresher sessions inthe near future. We will invite all previous attendees.

In terms of using quieter rooms, yes you are right. There is high demand for rooms at the moment and at times we struggle to acquire rooms that meet all of our criteria in terms of location, size, security, accessibility,opening times, comfort and minimal noise etc. We will continue working on this.
