"Royal Surrey Outpatiients Rheumatolgy visit"

About: Royal Surrey County Hospital

I visited the RSCH on 12 October 2015 for osteoporosis annual review prior to second Zolendronic acid infusion. I was seen by a Registrar whose English was very difficult to understand. When I stated that I was not happy to proceed with the second injection they became very muddled and even asked me if I was in the medical professsion as I was so very well informed. Finally the Registrar had to call in the Consultant.Apart from talking to the Consultant, I found the visit very unsatisfactory.

I received a home telephone call from the Consultant the following Saturday morning who was checking on my visit. They must have been confused by the Registrars notes on my visit.
