Came in a few weeks ago for my knuckle but did not receive medical treatment due to the receptionist believing that it was not a minor injury. I therefore was not given any medical help. 3 weeks down the line there is now a lump on my knuckle which I'm not concerned about but did not receive help. Could this be due to my age and not being taken seriously?
