What I liked

I cannot praise too highly the professionalism, team work, kindness and care that I received recently on Ward 11, Orthopaedics, from all members of staff.

What could be improved

Difficult to achieve, I know, but privacy and peace and quiet from other patients in the room, when you're feeling unwell, is important to recovery. There are quiet carriages on trains but quiet rooms in the NHS are hard to come by!

Anything else?

A positive experience in difficult circumstances. Well done, Ward 11 Staff!
