Michelle and Sarah ran 4 weekly 2 hour sessions in June/July 2015 for children due to start our Nursery in September.

They were approachable and helpful.

The relationships with children were good. The relationships with parents were good and parents were supported. I am grateful.

thanks for taking the time to post your feedback.

The getting ready for nursery sessions we deliver in partnership with local schools are a vital part of our work in making sure children have a smooth transition from children's centre services to school.

This is also a big step for parents as its often the first time they have left the responsibility of looking after their child to somebody else and this again is not an easy process.

its nice to hear positive comments on the success of these courses and if you have any comments in which we can improve the course I would be most interested to hear them.

I agree we have had very positive feedback from parents this September as those who knew their children needed time to settled came to all the ready for nursery sessions with them and this allowed them to build up trust and confidence before their children started.

It has also been really lovely to see a couple of children who really lacked confidence on the ready for nursery sessions take to nursery like a duck to water because they knew what to expect having been with mum a few times. I hope you will run these again in the summer.
