About: Clatterbridge Hospital

went in for hernia op could not fault it from the first person at reception till I left after my op. I was kept fully informed through out my stay what was going to happen before and after as this was my first op ever I was a bit apprehensive, I was put at ease and felt relaxed, all the staff were very helpful pre op and post op care was fantastic and very friendly. thank you all the only thing I could say that needs improving is the direction signs and lighting to the entrance of the day centre by car especially at night as my brother in law is disabled, this didn't effect the care I received during my stay and I would highly reccomomend this hospital

Our staff work hard to try to ensure that a patient’s experience whilst at the hospital is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, and they are always considerably heartened and motivated on learning how much their efforts have been appreciated.
