"total lack of communication and follow up"

About: Scunthorpe General Hospital

I came in march this year. I was told that rf treatment appointment would be organised. I have been calling ever since... and either the phone rings with no answer, i leave a message but don't get a call back or 5 tomes the phone has been picked up but then immediately hung up again.

I have a very active 7 year old child i need to care for and entertain.

I am down to 5 hours sleep a night (if I'm lucky )

I'm already on enough painkillers to knock out a small elephant.

Could someone please do something
