The care which I received from the moment I came into Accident and Emergency recently was both professional and dignified. The journey I went on was unexpected at the time but necessary. Consultants and theatre staff were reassuring as they talked me through my operation procedure. I feel extremely lucky to have been in their capable hands. Later when I was passed onto a ward again highly professional people were around me. I felt safe and supported as I made steady daily progress to leave hospital and go home. Thankyou everyone.
