"Improvement needed"

Came end of September to a drop in sexual health clinic here and had to wait over 2 hours for a screening as though they had staff they only had four consulting rooms which was woefully inadequate for the volume of patients. Was advised by nurse results would be 10 days, still waiting nearly 3 weeks later. Rang 3 times yesterday but couldn't get through. Was holding for over 15 minutes! This is poor service i feel and likely to deter people from being tested with possible fire consequences. Improvement needed!
