"My wife was in difficulty breathing ..."

About: Bishop Auckland Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked

My wife was in difficulty breathing due to her asthma, we arrived at the reception area and were greeted by a member of staff who took immediate control after realising that my wife was in difficulty breathing. It appeared to me that she would have moved heaven and earth to have my wife treated immediatly, which I will be forever grateful. The treatment my wife recieved was to say the very least totally professional and put me at ease. Thank you.

What could be improved

My wife not having asthma. Ha Ha

Anything else?

Just again thank you.
