There is no privacy on check in for a appointment red line is not enough people can still hear !!

Nice guidelines stated to treat any patient with confidentiality !!!

Front reception check in Tameside hospital has not provided this !!!!!!

So details of your appointment are visible for other people who stand behind !!!!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to comment, your comments have been passed to Alice Baxter Head of Nursing.

However I do feel that confidentiality can be an issue at the reception desks. So I will put a note to advise patients if they do not want to discuss any illness or injury with the receptionist then the receptionist is happy to put ‘personal problem’ in order to alleviate any issues for our patients.
