"Excellent hospital. Kind and caring staff."

I feel very fortunate to have been treated at West Midlands Hospital and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. Every member of staff was kind and caring and made sure I felt at ease. I was well informed throughout the entire procedure and felt able to ask questions which were answered clearly.

My pre-op assessments ( I had two) were very thorough and the nurses were able to give time and consideration to me. I really appreciated how they didn't rush but were professional and compassionate.

Whilst I was in the hospital ALL the nursing staff were gentle and caring especially when I didn't feel 100% - which was really appreciated.

Just before going into theatre on both occasions I was understandably nervous, however I was escorted by a nurse same one each time who really did their best to help me relax and kept me chatting to help keep my mind occupied. Thank you.

The catering staff were cheerful, professional and friendly and easy to chat to.

The consultant responsible for my treatment has been excellent. Very professional and with a quiet, caring manner that has filled me with confidence throughout. I feel they have been thorough and delivered the best possible care.
