What I liked
The staff were very helpful and treated me with respect and dignity.
Nothing was too much trouble to them
What could be improved
Sometimes they needed more staff.
Anything else?
I think the price of the television and the phone is ridiculous.The picture on the TV wasnt very good either !!!!
