"Very efficient radiography department"

About: Trafford General Hospital

I visited the radiography department today and was very impressed. I am an MRI patient being seen for a scan at Trafford. I was given an appointment with 2 weeks of ringing up for information. The lady on the phone couldn't have been more helpful. The information sent to me was easy to follow and accurate.

The lady on reception was friendly and had a great sense of humour. The radiographer was also very nice, professional and friendly, explaining the procedure and making sure I was comfortable. My appointment time was 5:00, I was seen early and was back in my car by 4:20. The car parking is free!

A huge thank you and well done to everybody who helped make my scan go so smoothly.
