"Poor administration"

Given a 10:00 appointment for the Urology Consultant Clinic. Turned up early as suggested to be told that the clinic was running "a few minutes late". 35 minutes later I was eventually told that the Consultant had not turned up and that there was no other Dr on site to run the clinic so it was cancelled. Why was this not known when I booked in. No written apology has been received.

The Nottingham Treatment Centre needs to seriously upgrade its administration systems and look carefully at the way the staff interact with patients, especially those that have been let down by their systems

Your feedback has been considered and we have stressed the importance of communication with the adminstration staff to ensure patients are given a realistic picture of how long they may be waiting for their appointment.
