"Miss diagnosed"

I came to A&E with an injury from falling from my horse. after my X-rays I was told there was a fracture, when returning to the hospital I was told it wasn't a fracture, it was a bad sprain but was still put in cast. 3 weeks later I attended a different hospital due to an issue with a cast I asked there opinion on the situation and they decided to re X-ray. I have just returned from a CT scan and it turns out I have a fracture Calacneum Bone which I shouldn't of been putting weight on like I was told to. if this was picked up in the first place I wouldn't be three weeks down the line and only just getting the correct treatment.
