"Out of hours GP! Rubbish!"

My little girl woke up during the night struggling to breath due to her having croup! I rang 111 and a doctor rang me back and could hear she was struggling a little so he said bring her down she needs steroids and she wasn't settling and he said it was better to be safe than sorry! An appointment was made for her for 1.30am we got there was seen straight away however the doctor who assessed her was not helpful! They didn't seem at all bothered by her condition and refused to give her the steroids she needed! I explained to them that she had it before and was in hospital for 2 weeks and explained how she had woken up in the night not being able to breathe! They didn't even seem to be listening and just sent us on our way! The rudest doctor I've ever had to deal with!
