About: University Hospital Monklands / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I would like to thank the staff in the Endoscopy Unit at Monklands Hospital Airdrie. My appointment was on earlier this week and I was not looking forward to it. However, my fears were laid to rest by the very welcoming, courteous staff in that unit. It really made a big difference to the whole experience of a visit to a hospital. Please pass on my sincere thanks to all of them.

They know how nervous and apprehensive people can be when attending for examinations and tests, so they try and make sure the environment is calm and relaxed and everyone is welcomed with a smile.
