"Surgery at Queens"

I was sent to queens by my GP who diagnosed a strangulated hernia. from the moment I arrived until I left I was given the utmost care the triage nurse quickly got things moving and I was undergoing surgery within 8 hours. The surgical team kept me informed of what was happening at all times my aftercare could not have been better if I'd been a private patient. I'd like to say a big thank you to all involved in my care from the surgical team down to the cleaners everyone was kind and well mannered. Well done queens
