Dignity and respect to all patient is part of the trust policy, the nurse who helped in the treatment of my daughter who had dislocated her shoulder should be reminded of this.
My daughter has a congenital defect and through no fault of her own has constant pain and dislocation of her shoulder.
She has managed to keep out of A&E for several months now, but unfortunate it came out again in the early hours while she slept.
This has been very distressing for her and is getting her to the point of depression.
She did not need any cruel, cutting remarks for the nurse about how many visits she has had. The nurse did not show any respect for my daughters emotional state, lets hope the nurse does not have a child herself with a disability that needs constant care from professionals.
