Called 111 and was a given an appointment at 4:15 am to see the doctor for my two month old baby cause she had a very bad diarrhoea. First thingies noticed the Dr was so sleepy they couldn't even fake it. So went ahead and explained that my daughter has been having diarrhoea for the past 24 hours and the symptoms she's been having showing dehydration, after I explained the Dr went 'so u say this has been happening for a week now?' I kindly corrected them, afterwards they were checking babies ears with that instrument the cap looked dirty like it had been used and with the same instrument took it to her mouth, that's when I said No. ' I know I'm in no position to speak but what u doing is totally disgusting and unhygienic' the doctor didn't even apologise I doubt they knew what I was even saying. The doctor then said everything is fine with her and gave up prescription which included ibuprofen, I didn't even bother asking further questions I just told myself il ask at the local pharmacy and explain my incident. Very upset with this poor treatment
