"The time it took to be seen when ..."

About: Macclesfield District General Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

What I liked

The time it took to be seen when I attended the emergency department where I was dealt with quickly and with understanding. I was kept informed of progress when I was transferred to the Observation Unit whilst waiting for transfer to Stepping Hill. I needed further attention here which was administered in a pleasant manner

What could be improved

For my personal experience I cannot think of anything which could be improved apart from not being able to keep my friends informed of the situation as I could not use my mobile phone in this area.
