Injured my hand back in March, and got told to rest it and I'd done nothing to it. We're now in October and it's still bad, booked myself a doctors appointment and they told me to go have an X-ray, went to whitworth the next day and they didn't X-ray me, they gave my a splint and just said to rest it! Why is it still like this, resting isnt getting me anywhere!
