"Radical prostatectomy on Ward D46"

I have recently received very good lab and PSA results following my robotic radical prostatectomy and stay in Bay 2 on Ward D46 of the Urology department. The care and treatment I received was outstanding from the expertise and excellence of the Professor and all the doctors, nurses, anaesthetists and support and cleaning staff. Indeed all the staff on D46 were without exception the kindest, caring and professional team I could have wished to be looked after by at this time. The discharge and hand over to my local district nurses was perfect and the two times I have called the ward to speak to a senior nurse about a concern I had I was helped enormously. The effort and hours you all put in are well beyond anything that could be expected and I know that all my fellow patients will be as grateful to you all, as I am. My only disappointment was that apart from one meeting with the hospital urology support nurse at my pre-assessment I have had no contact with them since.
