"Outpatient Feedback TIA Clinic"

About: Good Hope Hospital

I had an appointment with Dr Henry on Monday. I was called today to give feedback but the phone cut off too early. I would have found time to give feedback anyway.

The whole of my appointment was excellent from start to finish. The appointment ran to time and was very relaxed. The nurses were very friendly, efficient and reassuring. Dr Henry has a totally reassuring yet extremely insightful, questioning and thorough approach.

Yes maybe to someone just an outpatient appointment but to me it was a very very good experience giving me confidence to expect all to be ok but that I was being seen by someone who cared enough to make absolutely sure.
