"NHS Patients treated with dignity and respect"

I was admitted at the Highgate Private Hospital (HPH) under the "Book and Choose" scheme with NHS for a gastroscopy. I must say the HPH exceeded my expectations from various aspects. The reception is extremely clean and tidy and the two receptionists are really helpful and professional. I was kindly taken to my room where the staff was friendly as well as very helpful in explaining the procedure. The Doctor was reassuring as long as the nurses before and after the endoscopy although it was quite painful. The overall time at the clinique was reasonable, I arrived at 5:15pm and left at 8:30pm and I am very satisfied with the high quality of service offered by both NHS and the Highgate Private Hospital.
