"Antenatal care"

About: Cumbernauld Community Maternity

(as the patient),

I feel that my midwife really cares and listens to me.

I have a phobia of my bellybutton being touched and I told my midwife about this. I understand it is unusual and we laugh about it but when it comes down to her having to examine my bump, she makes sure I am comfortable and respects my phobia! I am very happy with all of my appointments thus far.

Dear laurab05

Thank you for taking time to share the positive experience whilst attending your antenatal clinics. It is important that all care is given to meet your individual needs.

I will share this with the Cumbernauld Community Team.

Best wishes

Michelle
