What I liked

NW Heart Centre was well signed posted and easy parking

What could be improved

My uncle aged 78 receievd 3 letters on the same day, 1 cancelling appt, second confirming cancellation and 3rd with new appt date and time. We arrived at 9.30 am for a 9.45 appt today to be told his appt had been cancelled by a duty manager. We had not been informed of this. I stated I wasn't happy with this and after about 15 mins we were informed he would be seen at his scheduled appt time. At 11.00 he still hadn't been seen, the HCA checked and said he was next in to see the doctor. As he had no notes his referral letter had been put on the doctors window sill in the clinic room. Other patients were then called in, I checked again and teh doctor hadn't realsied the letter was there. He was seen at 11.55, over 2 hrs after his appt time.
