About: Community Nursing Services / Mansfield Community Nursing

(as the patient),

I have had a lumpectomy almost 2 months ago. Unfortunately it got infected and opened up, it was very scary, but I have had the most wonderful care from all the district nurses especially Leslie SRN and Louise RN. They have been my rock, don’t know how I would have gotten through it all, almost healed now. Thanks to these wonderful people, I thank you all so much, Special thanks also to David mental health nurse he made me feel a lot more positive to move forward. You all do a wonderful job and you are all so dedicated to the job you do. Your very special people, thank you to everyone for my wonderful care
