"Fab staff. Very clean! very impressed!"

I went in yesterday for a keyhole procedure on my knee. I was there from 7am, got home at 9pm. But the staff were fantastic, esp in the surgical admissions area. I saw constant hand washing, wiping down of chairs, surfaces etc. Staff tellling one another about wiping over the trolley if they required it.

I would recommend this hospital to my family and friends. While in recovery all the staff remained by their patients side, dealing with any issues etc, checking if their patient needed an extra blanket, any water, any paracetamol etc.

There was a delay in my operation due to a piece of equipment i needed that was broken, and the other piece was being used. But these things happen!

I was also impressed with the staff collecting bags and dressing gowns etc to take up to the apropriate ward for the patients.

Staff were engaging, polite, caring and fun to be around. Thank-you for the fab care i received.
