"The WORST hospital I have ever been to"

This Hospital is the worst I have ever been to, whilst I appreciate they are busy. I was in the gastro ward for nearly two weeks and come out non the wiser about my condition than when I come in. They tried bombarding me with medicine that I told them I had adverse side effects to, In the end I told them not to give me anything without asking me first as I was in a real state. Furthermore, the Doctor hardly ever come to visit and when he did, he would also provide a wooly answer and tell me I had to wait days for different procedures- I would hear nothing about them for ages and then he would change his mind and the wait would start all over again. PALS helped a little bit to move things along, but it cannot make up for the extremely poor experience I had.
