I have recently had a below knee amputation in which there had been unexpected complications. Since being a part of the prosthetics service, they have delivered care above and beyond my expectations.

My acute care did not go as planned and I lost a little bit of hope but the team at the Thornbury Centre have been completely dedicated to getting me back on track to having a new limb and walking again, something I was was aspiring to but losing faith in for a while. A massive hank you to the whole team, assistants, technicians, physio, consultant and in particular Laura. Thank you to to the team. What an amazing, understaded service.
