Check in was instant, but waiting time to see a doctor-I gave in after nearly 2 hours. i was dehydrated, left alone and no one told me what was happening, I would hate to be very seriously ill. the nurse I saw initially did a heart monitor, they put a pad on the electric shock burn that I went to the hospital with . This was because the nurse wasnt concentrating on the job! The nurse asked me the same questions several times because they clearly wasn't listening. ii got home at 1pm someone called at 3.30 and accused me of being rude because I told the nurse about the reason I left and they clearly didnt want to hear it.

I was really sorry to ready your post and that you felt it necessary to leave the Emergency Department (ED) yesterday (5th October).

I’m responding on their behalf, but I have passed your post on to the head of nursing for our medical & emergency care division as I’m sure they would not want any patient to feel that they had a poor experience.
