"Lack of care and total lack of liason"

Lack of liason between departments is rediculous the support non existant no phone numbers on the letters no clear explanation about referrals on treatment and a lack of care and compassion. Would also like to see doctors and nurses on people compassion training and also referral to support services in breast care surgery dept as there is no care only apparantly compassion fatigue and assumptions
