"My visit to the Doctor."

About: Warrington Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

THE phone call to my Doctors practice was answered at once I was given an appointment at 11-30 the same morning, was sent for a blood test at 12-15 at the local hospital I then rang the hospital for an x ray, was asked to go at 4pm I got there at 3-45 and was leaving the hospital at 2 min past 4. I do not doubt people have problems with the health service I am very fortunate I do not often have need to go to the doctor but in my case I have got to give everyone concerned 10/10.

Thanks for your feedback on your care - we'll make sure it is passed back to the teams. Delighted to see the service was efficient for you.

10 out of 10 - that's fantastic and something we strive for every time. We'll pass on your feedback to the x-ray team.
